The property offers common areas accessible to guests with reduced mobility. The breakfast room is located on the ground floor, and the pool area can also be accessed by wheelchair; however, the pool is not equipped with specific systems for assisted access into the water.
The parking area behind the property has an unpaved surface. To facilitate wheelchair access, a gate at the front of the house is available if needed.
The Margherita room is located on the ground floor, is fully barrier-free, and includes a bathroom suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The other rooms are located on the first floor, and the property does not have an elevator. The Camelia and Girasole apartments are independent and located on the ground floor, but they do not have accessible bathrooms.
